Brett has more than 20 years of commercial and professional accountancy experience. He is specialised in structuring, strategy and valuation for private companies.
Brett is the Executive Chairman and CEO of the Kelly+Partners Group (KPG.ASX) which he founded in 2006. He commenced his career with Price Waterhouse where he worked in senior management roles across audit, business services and corporate finance.
Brett is also the best-selling author of five books, has presented to more than two thousand business groups and has twice addressed the National Press Club in Canberra.
Brett has significant expertise in advising the founders & owners of private companies and high-net-worth families on business strategy, operations, finance, valuation, wealth, succession and corporate transactions.

Mr Kalra has been involved in capital markets for over 25 years, focussing on equities funds management and has worked at institutions such as BT Funds Management, Perpetual Investments , Caledonia Investments, Souls Funds Management and Ellerston Capital. His experience has focussed on portfolio management and the analysis of listed Industrial equities large and small, domestic and International. In addition to analysis, he has been involved in liaising with company management and helping establish an ESG analysis frame work and a pre-IPO Fund.
Anoop holds a Bachelor of Accounting in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, graduating with distinction and dux and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Securities Institute of Australia.

Senior Investment Analyst
Joyce has 15 years experience across accounting, tax, finance, commercial law, corporate transactions and business operations. She joined Kelly+Partners in 2006 as part of the launch of the North Sydney office.
After 5 years in accounting, Joyce took a sabbatical to study law at the University of Cambridge in the UK in 2010. After completing her studies, she returned to K+P in the role of Operations Manager for 2 years. In 2015, Joyce joined a boutique law firm for a few years, before returning to K+P as part of the corporate advisory and investment management team in mid 2017.
In her recent K+P roles, Joyce’s experience extends to legal & financial due diligence, financial modelling & company valuations, review of transaction documents, industry research & sector analysis, and fund administration.
Joyce recently completed her Masters degree in Applied Finance, and she also holds Masters degrees in Accounting, Tax and Law.
